I highly highly recommend doing this if you have half a day to spare. In fact make time for this. You wont regret it. My kids (11y and 8y - YES!) did a lot of cooking and chopping and totally loved it. Anna was amazing; I would do this again anyday.

It was the highlight of the trip! Eladi was a great host and teacher, and the food we made was amazing! Whether you are a great cook or not, you will love this event.
